Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — every registered company (Pvt Ltd, Public Ltd, OPC) must get its accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant every year, regardless of turnover size. LLPs need audit only when turnover exceeds Rs 40 lakhs or contribution exceeds Rs 25 lakhs.
The tax audit report (Form 3CA/3CB/3CD) must be filed by September 30 of the assessment year. The ITR for tax audit cases is due October 31. We plan well in advance so you never miss these.
